Samuel Drukman
Of Counsel
Sam is a seasoned attorney with nearly two decades of experience in general commercial, labor, and appellate litigation practice. Sam also has extensive experience with business transactions, contract negotiations, and case evaluation/exposure analysis. Sam's practice is focused on counseling and representing business owners and professionals in such areas as health care, food service, transportation, and retail.
With his thoughtful approach and methodical preparation, Sam has won “unwinnable” cases, earned praise from judges for his organized and passionate courtroom advocacy, and has had an appellate victory referenced in a highly regarded encyclopedia of New York jurisprudence.
In addition to legal practice, Sam remains an avid historian and is active in the preservation community.
